Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly
- The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
- The product has not been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Return Process
To request a return, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:

- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products not caused by a defect
- Custom or special-order items
- Products returned after the 10-day window
